ISTIGHNA Journal of Islamic Education ISSN 1979-2824 (Print) and ISSN 2655-8459 (Online) is a journal published twice a year by STIT ISLAMIC VILLAGE. This journal emphasizes aspects related to Islamic Education and Islamic thought, with special reference to applied research in Islamic education that can be focused on the components of learning including curriculum, methods, models, psychology, Islamic thought, and several issues of Islamic education and its problems.

The Journal Istighna is published twice a year in January and July. Articles from the author are submitted at least 1 month before the date of publication (1st) and will be reviewed within approximately 1 week, the results of the articles reviewed are received a maximum of one week before publication and articles will be published at the beginning of January and July.

We invite scientists, scholars, researchers, as well as professionals in the field of Islamic Education to publish their research in our Journal. The journal publishes covering all aspects of Islamic Education. In particular, papers that consider the following general topics are invited: Philosophy of Islamic Education, Islamic Education Policy, Teaching and Learning, Comparison of Education Theory, Madrasah Education, Pesantren Education, Education and Social Transformation, Leadership of, Figure of Education, Curriculum, and Innovation Education.
